Since arriving in 2022, we initially managed properties for landlords leasing to long-term tenants such as students in the CBD area. Recognizing the superior potential of short-term rentals, we introduced Airbnb management services, demonstrating how landlords could achieve greater returns, reduced maintenance, and enhanced flexibility compared to traditional long-term tenancy.
